3/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. uncooked quick oats
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter and peanut butter. Mix in sugar, egg, water, and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour, salt and baking soda. Mix together. Blend in oats and chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Cool a bit on cookie sheet before transferring to racks to cool.

The cookies will freeze well.
