1 1/2lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1C heavy cream
1/2C chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasonings
1/2C parmesan cheese
1C spinach, chopped
1/2C sun dried tomatoes

Directions:
In large skillet, add olive oil and cook the chicken on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown, no longer pink. Set aside.

Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Whisk over medium heat til it thickens.

Add the spinach & sun dried tomatoes and simmer til spinach starts to wilt.
Add the chicken back in and serve over pasta if desired
