2 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 oz. shredded cheese (any type)
1 1/2 c. fat free half & half
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pie pan with cooking spray and put in vegetables. Sprinkle shredded cheese over vegetables.

Mix Bisquick, half & half and eggs together with electric mixer. Pour mixture over vegetable and cheese.

Bake at 400º for 35 to 40 minutes. Insert knife in center of quiche to check for doneness. It should come out clean when done. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Alice's notes: "You can use any combination of vegetables you want like asparagus and tomatoes. Put any seasoning you want on the vegetables. Mine only seems to take 25 minutes. You can't hurt this recipe!"
