2 lb. red potatoes, sliced 1/2" thick
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bag. Shake until well coated. Empty into an ungreased 13x9x2 baking dish. Cover and bake at 350º for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer until potatoes are tender.
