8 oz uncooked medium noodles
1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 to 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of red pepper sauce or cayenne red pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 can (16 oz) salmon, drained
1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. Cook noodles as directed on package, drain. Mix noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce, salt and salmon. Pour mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole, sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Serves 5-6.
