2-3 medium avocados, scooped from the skins (about 1-1/4 cup)
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 1/2 of a lime)
1/2 - 1 tsp. fresh minced garlic, to taste
2 Tbsp. finely minced onion
1 tomatoe
Cilantro, to taste
1/4 cup sour cream
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Mash avocado with a fork in a small mixing bowl (or in food processor). Add remaining ingredients and combine well. Refrigerate in an airtight container. If possible, make about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to mingle.
