2 qts water
1 1/2 cups prunes
1 stick of cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
juice of 1 lemon (about 1/3 cup)
1 cup raisins
1 dried apricots
1/4 cup tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Wash dried fruit and soak overnight in 2 qts water. In morning, add cinnamon stick and simmer fruit in the water it has been soaking in. Cook until tender but not to pieces. Mix tapioca and sugar and add to soup. Cook 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick. Add small amount of grape juice if desired.
