1 tbsp onion, minced
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of one lemon
Dash of Liquid Smoke

In a mixing boal, whip the cream cheese to a smooth texture. Add the Smoked Salmon and combine with the cream cheese until it is well mixed. Squeeze in lemon and then fold in onions and cilantro
