1/4 cup butter
3 oz pkg cream cheese
1 1/4 cup flour
Filling:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
Juice and rind from 2 lemons
(or 2/3 cup lemon juice)
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pastry: Mix butter, cream cheese and flour together like a pie crust. Chill dough 1/2 hour. Pinch off small ball of dough.
With thumb, press dough evenly on inside of tin. Spread as thin as possible on bottom and sides of tin. Place tins on cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 10 minutes or until brown. Filling: Beat together 2 whole eggs and 2 yolks. Put in double boiler. Add rest of ingredients. Cook until thick. Cool. Fill baked tarts and top with whipped cream.
