4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup rice
pinch of salt
1 egg
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon
1 almond with skin removed

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk, rice and salt in double boiler. Cook until rice is done, stirring a few times. Mix egg, sugar and vanilla. While gently stirring the rice, slowly add in egg mixture. Continue stirring until egg is fully incorporated. Hide the almond and sprinkle with cinnamon.
