1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup rice, cooked or 1 cup minute rice, cooked
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup onions
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp celery
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 can tomatoe sauce (15 oz)
2 tsp worchestershire sauce.

Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix meat, rice, water, salt, garlic powder & pepper. Shape mixture by rounded tbsp into balls. Place meatballs into ungreased baking dish, 8x8x2. Stir together remaining ingredients, pour over meatballs. Cover with foil, bake 45 mins. Uncover bake 15 mins more.
