2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 eggs, separated
2 cups milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Separate eggs and place egg whites in a mixing bowl and beat at high speed until they form peaks. In large bowl combine egg yolks, milk and oil and mix until blended. Mix dry ingredients and continue to beat till blended together (scrape sides of bowl while beating to get mixture well blended). Fold in egg whites. Let stand for 10 minutes so dough can rise. Place by spoonfuls onto waffle iron. Cook to a medium brown.
