Ingredients:  
salad: 1 lb. bow tie pasta (boiled, drained, cooled, set aside)
1 1/2 C red grapes (sliced in half)
1/2 C diced celery
2 green onions sliced
2 chicken breasts, grilled and sliced thin (can bake, boil, before dicing it)
1/4 C slivered almonds toasted
2 C spinach leaves
Dressing:
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/2 C olive oil
1/3 C sugar
1/4 C fresh lemon juice
1-2 T fresh lemon zest
1-2 T dried tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta, drain and add grapes, celery, onions
Add chicken, almonds, spinach and mix before serving

Set aside:
for dressing, combine all ingredients into blender. Pour 2/3 over pasta, set aside 1/3 of the dressing for serving.
