2 C warm water
1/4 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
4 C flour unpacked

add water and yeast in a bowl and mixer "dump & slosh"
Add flour and salt to yeast-well done!
stir into heavy batter, use a spoon in your bowl or turn on your mixer. When it looks too thick for pancake better and not tick enough for play dough-it is perfect.
Set it and forget it. Cover your bowl with plastic wrap or wet towel overnight or 8-12 hrs.
preheat oven to 400 degrees
uncover and pour dough onto the pan. Dough will be wet and sticky
top with spices if desired, oregano, basil and rosemary are nice.
bake 400 deg. F for 45 minutes until the bread is golden brown and crusty
