Directions:
First render the suet and add to chili meat which has been put on a low flame with just enough water to keep from sticking. (I leave out the suet and it is still good and hot!) Add other ingredients and cook to taste. Ed grinds the garlic and dried peppers and adds more pepper if wants it hotter.
