8 to 10 ears of corn
1/3 cup of water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Unsalted butter, to taste
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Fresh herbs or green onion, finely chopped, to taste

PREPARATION
1. Place ears of corn in the slow cooker and pour in 1/3 cup water.
2. Cook on high heat for 2½ to 3 hours, or until the corn is bright yellow and tender.
3. Use tongs to remove the ears of corn and season them with salt and pepper, and your choice of butter, lemon juice, and fresh herbs.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
