1 - 15.25 oz. box Devil's Food Chocolate Cake Mix
(plus ingredients to make cake)
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Chocolate Whipped Cream Topping:
2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. + 2 T. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
mini chocolate chips
chocolate sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake according to box directions in 9 x 13 pan. Once cake comes out of oven, poke holes all over top of cake. Place sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in microwave and cook for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Whisk chocolate and milk until smooth. If needed, melt chocolate a little longer. Pour chocolate mixture over cake and spread to fill holes. Set cake aside to cool, then refrigerate. To make whipped topping, whip heavy cream until it begins to thicken. Add powdered sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and whip till stiff peaks form. Spread over cake. Sprinkle cake with mini chips and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Refrigerate.
