1 - 18.25 oz. box French Vanilla Cake Mix
(ingredients to make cake; eggs, oil, water)
1 - 15.75 can lemon pie filling
1 tub lemon flavored frosting
1 - 8 oz. tub whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish. Prepare cake mix as directed and pour batter in dish. Place spoonfuls of lemon pie filling all over batter. Take a knife and swirl it all around to evenly distribute it. NOTE: pie filling is heavier than cake batter and will sink to bottom of cake as it cooks. This is normal. Bake 35-40 minutes until cake springs back to touch and isn't jiggly in center. In bowl combine lemon frosting and whipped topping. Mix throughly. Spread frosting over cooked cake. Refrigerate until chilled.
