1/2 cup margarine
1 can 15 oz. whole corn - drained
1 can cream style corn
1 carton (8 oz) sour cream
1 cup grated cheese ( I use Colby Jack cheese)
8 oz. package of Pioneer Sweet Corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, add all corns, add rest of the ingredients.
Stir until well blended.

Use an 8 x 11 baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.

#This recipe doubles or triples very easily.

This recipe came from a dear friend, Lorraine Fielder, who brought this when we moved into our new home 16 years ago. My daughter-in-law's grandmother calls it Corn Pudding and said it is similar to what she grew up with in Virginia.
