2x12 ozs. bag Big Valley Frozen peaches + (6 Cups Fresh)
1x12 ozs. bag Big Valley blueberries* (2 Cups Fresh)
1/2C Sugar
1/4C Cornstarch
1/4C Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Lemon Zest
Crumb Topping*
1C Flour
1/3C Granulated Sugar
1/3C Brown Sugar
Pinch of Salt
6 Tbsp. Stick sweet butter
Butter as needed
1 Qt. Vanilla Icecream

Directions:

Combine Peaches and berries in a large stainless steel or glass bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together sugar and cornstarch. Add sugar mixture, lemon juice and zest to fruit and toss gently to coat thoroughly

Pour berries into a lightly buttered or greased 9x13-inch Pyrex style casserole dish. Top with crumb topping (12 in all) and bake in a preheated 425º oven for 25-30 minutes.

CRUMB TOPPING:
In the bowl of a food processor combine flour, sugars and salt. Add melted butter and mix until flour resembles a coarse meal. Use as directed above.
