Lentils
1 cup of lentil
2 cups coconut cream (or heavy cream)
1 cup of water.
1 garlic clove
1 green onion
2 tsp dill
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Start lentils and rice first. They take longer.Mix all ingredients in a pot simmer 15-20 minutes with a tilted lid.
Add water or cream to reach desired consistency if necessary

Rice
Two cups rice prepared as directed by bag.

While lentils and rice cook, prepare the lamb

Lamb
2-4 shoulder chops
Pour olive oil to coat lamb
Salt and pepper to desired taste
Use other 1/2 or more lemon over the lamb
Sprinkle Oregano or Rosemary to desired taste (optional)

On broiler pan cook Lamb on high in the oven for 5-6 minutes per side for medium rare.
