24 Jumbo Shrimp (u 16)
3 Tbsp. Melted Butter

Spice Blend:
1 Tbsp Lemon pepper
2 Tsp. Paprika
1/2 Tsp. Garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Dry Thyme leaves
1/4 Tsp. Cayenne pepper

Creole Mayonnaise**
1 1/2C Mayonnaise
1/3C Mustard, Whole-grain Dijon
1/2C Chopped gerkins
2 Tsp. Garlic, chopped
1/4 Tsp. Cayenne pepper
2-3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2-3 Tbsp. Chopped parsley



Directions:
Directions:
Toss Shrimp with melted butter. Then sprinkle each fillet with Spice Blend*
and let stand 30 minutes.

Grill Shrimp 6-8 minutes. Serve fish with a touch of BBQ sauce or Creole Mayonnaise.

Mixed Together all spices and place in airtight jar. Use as directed above.
