1 lb. ground pork
1/2 medium sized onion
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
20 whole allspice
4-8 crushed crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Place the ground pork, onion, allspice, salt and pepper into a large pan. Cover with water. Cook on medium heat for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Stir frequently. Spoon off any extra grease. Mix in the crushed crackers and stir to mix thoroughly.
