1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
3 jumbo egga
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 T. vanilla
2 T. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the flour and butter. Stir over low heat until a ball forms or until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls onto a ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400º for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool.

Mix the instant pudding, vanilla and cool whip together in a small bowl. Cut open each puff and fill with the pudding mixture.
