1 c Burgundy Wine
1 c Oil
1 c Sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder
4 c Flour

1 beaten egg with tsp of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wine , oil, sugar, baking powder. Add flour - don't mix too hard. Take a piece of dough and roll it into an approximately 6" strip. Then roll strip into spiral and place on ungreased baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg onto biscuits.

Bake in preheated 375º oven for 30-35 min. If you would like them crispy, bake 10 min longer.
