1 Orange, peeled, quartered, seeds removed
1 Medium Onion Coarsely chopped
1 12ounce package fresh cranberries
1 -One inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled, finely shredded
1/4 C Bourbon
1/3 C Balsamic Vinegar
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Tbl Whole Mustard Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place orange in a food processor and puree. Place pureed orange, onion, cranberries, ginger, bourbon, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard seeds in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat; simmer 1/2 hour.
