Crust:
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
3 cups oatmeal (quick)
Filling:
12 oz pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Set aside to make filling. In double boiler, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter and salt. Stir until mixture is smooth. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread 1/2-2/3 of oatmeal mixture in bottom of greased jelly roll pan. Cover with 1/2 of fudge filling. Dot with remaining oatmeal mixture and swirl it over with remaining fudge filling. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes until light brown.
