2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. brandy
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 16-oz. can pumpkin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F.
Cream eggs, sugar, brown sugar and oil until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients, except pecans and beat well. Stir in pecans.
Bake in 3 greased 7 x 3 x 2-inch loaf pans for 45 minutes.
Yield: 3 loaves
