1 cup sugar
2 eggs, separated
1/2 cup scalded milk
1 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Your favorite cream frosting
Crushed roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk; add butter, sugar, beaten egg yolks, flour and baking powder.
Add vanilla and stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350º for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares. Frost with cream frosting and roll in crushed peanuts.
