1 lb chopped sirloin or cube steak
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 oz can of mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 10 oz can beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp white wine
Egg noodles or rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 tbsp flour with salt and coat meat. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook 3-4 minutes until tender. Remove meat mixture. Add to pan drippings the butter, 3 tbsp flour and tomato paste. Combine well. Add beef broth. Heat until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat. Return meat mixture. Keep warm. Just before serving add sour cream and wine. Serve over noodles or rice.
