1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
6-7 ripe peaches
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and 2 tbsp of sugar. Make crust by cutting butter into flour mixture. Pat into 7 1/2" x 11 1/2" pan, shaping sides up slightly. Slice peaches onto crust and cover with 1 cup sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 15 minutes at 400º. Mix sour cream, egg yolks, vanilla and almond extract. Pour over peaches and bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until set.
