8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp oil
1 can prepared spaghetti sauce
OR
8 oz tomato sauce plus
1/2 tsp ground cloves and
seasoning to taste
1 lb spaghetti
1 cup mozzarella
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and chopped onion in 1 Tbsp oil. Drain fat from meat and add prepared sauce or tomato sauce with seasonings and cloves.

In a separate bowl, cream together cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese.

Boil pasta, drain. Add 2 beaten eggs to hot pasta..

Grease two 9" pie plates. Divide pasta between the two dishes. Spread pasta evenly to cover bottom and edges of the pie plates. Spread a layer of the cheese mixture over pasta. Top with meat sauce and finish with mozzarella.

Bake at 350º for 35 minutes, or until center is fully heated.
