3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon self rising flour
1 tablespoon butter - softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup milk
nutmeg, sprinkle on top before baking
1 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 3 eggs well, add sugar, flour, butter and vanilla. Beat again.
Add milk mix well. Pour into pie crust. Bake 400 degrees until starting to brown, about 30 to 35 minutes. Turn oven to 250 until pie is firm. Delicious!!
