1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the beef, onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat until done.
Drain.
Stir in the water and seasonings.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 - 10 minutes, until thickened.
