Whole Chicken
Chicken broth
2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken. (can be done in crockpot all morning)
Using chicken broth, add enough water to make a good amount of broth, and bring to a boil.
Mix butter and flour.
Add enough hot water to make a snotty dough...not too stiff.
Roll dough out on flour.
Toss extra flour on top of dough, which when you toss into broth, it helps thicken it.
Cut dough into squares and drop into boiling broth. Cook for a few minutes.
Serve with the chicken.
May add a can of cream of chicken soup to thicken and enrich.
