3 packages Tortellini
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
3 egg yolks beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated cheese
6 cloves garlic
salt, pepper & parsley


Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini. Combine butter, garlic, heavy cream and milk in sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, remove from heat and stir in parm cheese and egg yolks whisking constantly to prevent eggs from scrambling. If too thick, add milk. Stir in pasta, add salt & pepper to taste. Garnish with parm cheese.
***sautéed mushrooms and sundried tomatoes complete this dish!!!
