1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour (+4 heaping T)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream sugars, butter and oil until fluffy.
2. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
3. Add dry ingredients and mix.
4. Roll 1 spoonful of dough into a ball and drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Press down with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
6. Bake at 375º for 9 minutes, just before they turn brown.
