3-4 lbs. beef chuck roast
2 cans French onion soup
1 can beef consomme
swiss or provolone cheese slices
Deli rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker and pour in soups. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Shred meat but save the juices from the slow cooker. Butter rolls and place cheese. Place under oven broiler until bubbly. Watch closely! Place beef on rolls and serve with a side of aus ju for dipping. Delicious!
