1 bag Frozen Hashbrowns (square, not shredded)
2c sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2t chicken bouillon
Small finely diced onion
1/2c butter
2c sharp cheddar cheese
2c crushed cornflakes (only if baking in the oven)

Directions:
Directions:
CrockPot
Dissolve bouillon in 1/4c boiling water
Mix everything and put in CrockPot on high for 4-6 hours
Baking
Preheat oven to 350
Dissolve bouillon in 1/4c boiling water
Mix everything (except cornflakes) & spread in 9x13
Sprinkle with cornflakes
Bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft
