1 (6-oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat, thawed and drained
(I have used fresh crab meat also)
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. minced onion
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
6 Holland rusks ( I have used sour dough bread)
6 slices Old English Cheese
6 thick slices of tomato
6 strips of bacon, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first seven ingredients.
Spread mixture on rusks or bread, top with tomato, cheese and bacon.
Bake at 325º F for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
