(1) 2 c. flour
2 sticks oleo
1/2 c. powdered sugar
Mix well and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350º F or until slightly brown. Cool.

(2) 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipped topping
Mix cheese and sugar together until fluffy. Fold in topping. Spread over top of layer one.

(3) 2 (3.4-oz.) pkg. instant pudding mix, any flavor
3 c. cold milk
Blend with mixer on low speed until thick. Spread over layer two.

(4) Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with toasted coconut or pecans.
Chill well before serving.
