I slab baby back pork ribs, cut into four sections
salt/pepper to taste
your favorite barbecue sauce

Directions:

with a sharp knife, remove as much of the membrane as you can from the bone side of the ribs. lay ribs on tin foil and sprinkle with salt/pepper.
cover both sides with the barbecue sauce and wrap tightly in the foil. Place on a rimmed cooke sheet and bake at 300º for two hours. Remove from oven. Just before serving, put on a grill at around 350º for 15-20 minutes or until finished, using extra sauce to baste while you grill. Serve immediately!
