For cake:
4 cups bananas mashed
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 package yellow or white cake mix (I use Light Super Moist)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

For frosting:
4 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla

Optional:
1 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until done. Then frost when cool or may use light Cool Whip instead of cream cheese frosting.
