1 egg
1 T flour
1/2 cups sugar
5 cups rhubarb
1 yellow or white cake mix
1 stick of butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, flour, sugar and rhubarb in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Dot with butter cut into small pieces. Bake 40 minutes at 350º.
