2 Pounds sliced Carrots

For Glaze;

Stick Butter
1/3 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
1 TSP Freshly Ground Nutmeg
3 TBLS Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Steam Carrots about 5-6 minutes

Heat Glaze ingredients until thoroughly combined.

Saute carrots in the glaze, tossing until well coated
