8 Beaten Eggs
2 Cups Half and Half
1 Large Sweet Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 8 Ounce Package Imitation Crab Meat, chopped
1 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Shredded cheddar (4 oz.)
1 Cup Shredded Swiss (4 oz.)
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion
1 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Pepper

Two pie crusts - par baked

OPTIONAL
1 cup blanched broccoli florets
or
1 Cup blanched asparagus
or
1 Cup Chopped imitation crab meat
or
1 Cup Chopped cooked bacon and 1/2 Cup cooked onions

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie platse with crust. Prick crust all over with fork
Par Bake at 425' for 10-12 minutes and cool for at least 20 minutes
Reduce oven to 350'

Mix the remaining ingredients, and pour into the par baked ie crusts, distributing evenly between the two pies

Bake uncovered for 350' for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean

Let stand at least 10 minutes before cutting.
May searve hot or cold.
