1 large chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 med. gr. pepper
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken (reserve H2O); debone & cut into small pieces. Dip tortillas, one at a time, into hot chicken broth. Line baking dish with tortillas; add layer of chicken & sprinkle with garlic and pepper. Add another layer of dipped tortillas and another layer of chicken. Next layer is the chopped onions and pepper; add layer of both cans of soup, undiluted. Sprinkle cheese over soups and top with Ro-tel tomatoes. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
