8 oz. Cream Cheese
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 stick of Butter
2 c. Shredded Fresh Parmesan Cheese
14 oz. quartered Artichoke Hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
4 oz. can Jalapenos, diced and drained
1 can Hot Rotel
2 Habeneros, or to taste
10 oz Spinach, chopped
2-3 (or more) Garlic Cloves, minced

1. In medium pot over medium heat, melt cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until melted and even consistency. It should start to bubble.

2. Stir in artichoke hearts, jalapenos, rotel, habaneros, spinach, and garlic.

3. Serve with chips, crackers, or toasted baguettes.
