Ingredients:
Ingredients:
For Garlic-Lime Sauce:
1/4 c. Oil
1/4 c. Water
1/2 c. Chopped Green Onion
2-3 Garlic Cloves
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1 Jalapeno
Juice of 2 Limes
Pepper to taste
Optional- 1/2 c. Cilantro

For Shrimp Tacos:
1 lb. Shrimp, peeled and de-veined, tails removed
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Southwestern Seasoning*
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2-3 c. Shredded Cabbage
8 Corn Tortillas
1-2 Avocados
Cheese, cilantro, and lime wedges for topping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pulse all sauce ingredients except the sour cream in a food processor. When mostly smooth, add the sour cream and pulse until combined. Taste and adjust as needed.

2. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towel and toss in bowl with spices. Add shrimp to the hot pan and saute 5-8 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the shrimp are cooked through.

3. Toss some of the sauce (not all) with the cabbage until the cabbage is coated to your liking. It should resemble a coleslaw- you want it to be enough sauce to weigh down the cabbage a bit. Use leftover sauce on too of tacos.

4. To serve tacos, smash a spoonful of avocado on the tortillas, next add a few pieces of shrimp, top with cabbage, and finish with cheese, cilantro, and lime wedges.

*Spicy or Cajun Flavor God works well in place of southwestern seasoning
