Step A:
3 lb Fusilli pasta (don't break up)
3 lb cooked chicken breast
1 1/2 lb pea pods, sliced diagonally
3 bunches scallions, sliced
1 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced

Step B Dressing:
2/3 cup egg yolks/easy eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup white vinegar
1 tsp pepper
1/2 sesame oil
6 cups vegetable oil

Salad toppings:
1 cup Mandarin oranges
1/4 lb fried wontons
1/2 bunch scallions, sliced
1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta to al dente. Cool.
Hand tear chicken into bite size pieces.
Mix Step A ingredients and Chill.
Make dressing from Step B. Mix first five ingredients in food processor; with motor running slowly add oils. Dressing should be thick. Chill dressing.
To serve:
Toss salad with dressing and add toppings.
